The principle of our electric dog fences lie in the use of wire that allows dog owners to select and create the perimeter for the pet containment area. This wire is actually the antenna that carries the signal from a transmitter and is complemented by a dog collar which acts as a receiver detecting the dog's proximity to the wire and in turn produces a warning sound.
